Gregory Allen, President/CEO is a native of Pompano Beach, FL. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from St. Paul's College, Lawrenceville, VA.

He earned an MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. Mr. Allen’s combined Human Resources background and business management experience is an ideal match for this company. His attention to detail enables the organization to develop and plan phenomenal events and promotions.

He is customer focused and is an analytical thinker and problem solver. In addition to directing the organization’s day to day operations, he is hands on when it comes to the company’s marketing, promotions and events planning initiatives. He manages all facets of the organization’s Human Resources functions. He has been extremely successful at combining his practical business experience with a common sense approach to resolving problems. Gregory’s philosophy to business is “A dream without execution is just an idea. It takes execution for a dream to become an accomplishment”.

John Moore, Vice President/COO, is a native of Nashville, TN. He attended Tennessee State University as a Business major.

He has also served on the Tennessee Legislative Black Caucus and numerous community organizations.

Mr. Moore's served as Executive Administrator for IBM prior establsihing XEI. His professional experience includes more than 10 years of administrative and procurement experience.

In addition to his practical business experience, he is known for his technical expertise and revered by his peers as one of the best promoters in the nation. He has also been a disc jockey for more than 8 years and has a passion for all types of music and entertainment.

He’s been known for bringing all ages and backgrounds together through the joy of music and entertainment.
